30-Day Return Policy – Upgrade Auto Parts

At Upgrade Auto Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted on parts that are unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.

2. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of a Upgrade Auto Parts error (e.g., wrong part sent or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3. Refunds & Exchanges: Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange if preferred. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be processed.
